The Only complaint I have about the hard bags is the way they install on the bike. I seem to always have problems with the fasteners that connect them to the bike not latching correctly and rattling when on the road. To fix the rattling I had to make rubber washers that go between the the bag and the hanger, I made them out of old bicycle inner tube but Im sure they have them in any automotive store.
