Doing some research after the fact, cheaper Chrome License Plate Frames were available. Water under the dam! The chrome frame looks great and is a nice feature on the bike. Negotiated free installation of accessories when the VTX was purchased. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

(5 stars) reviewed on 11/06/03 byTom Fuller (tlfuller) from Fort Worth, TX, United States, for a 2003 1800 VTX1800R (Retro) wrote: Good quality billet. Makes the back of the bike look as good as the rest. Looks even better when mounted on a lay down bracket. You can buy one (too expensive since you can't see it anyway) or do like I did and make you own. I did have to trim my license plate (Texas). This frame is very well made and gives the license plate area a very CLEAN look. I like it beter than some of the other frames out there which are too BUSY. Nice fasteners included!
