Knowing what I know now about them both, I wouldn't have bought them, only for the fact that other accessories won't bolt on due to the brackets for them. As an update after using this accessory for years, the pad has been bent a few times from strapping too many thing to it, but other than the pad, which is begining to show wear, it has held up for years very well.
