Hondaline is over price stuff plenty of after market others out there. I bought it to replace the one I had on my bike because the chrome was peeling off one side. It still think it is a good constructed piece.

Only wish it was longer. Not enough bottom support for a large back strapped to the back.

Haven't installed yet but I'm sure it'll be a nice addition to the bike. It will also save my paint on the rear fender!

Purchased with the new bike at a 25% discount from the dealer. The carrier alone looks very nice. I like the look more WITHOUT the delux backrest. Mine had a factory defect wher ethe chrome didn't cover a spot in the right front cut-out, but the dealer ordered another without hesitation. I suspect this to be a defect caused by the namufacturing process, and to be common with all similar parts. Overall teh construciton is solid, and the chroming is good (with one exception). I will updaet the review when the new part arives.
