YOU DO NOT NEED TO DRILL ANY HOLES FOR WIRES.TAKE OUT THE INNER SHELL OF THE TRUNK, SIMPLY RUN THE WIRES THRU BOTTOM OF TRUNK WITH THE TAIL LIGHT WIRES THEN RUN WIRES THRU THE TRUNK LID HINGES THERE IS A GAP ON THE SIDE OF HINGES TO RUN WIRES THRU TO YOUR SPEAKERS.

On the bike when I bought it. These make the stero system sound better than some of the other Valks I have heard without the rear speakers, and my wife really enjoys the music coming out closer to her.

Bought mine off eBay for a song. The speakers (these HondaLine included) are really cheap. The main thing I wanted was the connecting wire. I'll buy better speakers one of these days. The trunk does not need to be drilled for this installation. Rather than risk a leaky trunk, I ran the wire out the side of the speaker housing, behind the backrest, and under the seat alongside the rear tail-light wiring. It was a simple install.

They sound great, the dealer installed for me so I can't comment on ease of installation.

Sound good. However, you have to drill the outer layer of the trunk to install. Not too bad but be careful and take your time.

Sound great, A real pain to install. You have to bore the trunk to get wires connected.
