(5 stars) reviewed on 06/19/08 byBrad Blake (brblake) from Andover, MA, United States, for a 2005 750 Shadow Aero wrote: Was a little worried about taking off the tank because I am not handy at all. It came off pretty easily allowing for this to go on very easily. A little tricky putting the tank back on (at least for me) as it just kind of sits on some dampners rather than being screwed in (towards the front of the tank as the back of the tank towards the seat does screw in). Very handy not having to stuff my wallet,iu registration, cell phone and such in my pants making them like a cheap hotel so that is a benefit. (4 stars) reviewed on 12/20/06 byBob (thebrez1) from Broken Arrow, OK, United States, for a 2006 - Black & chrome 750 Shadow Aero wrote: Looks great and a nice place to put sun glasses, cigs, ect. Make sure you cut the section out which is identified in the directions. Practice placement by tightening the speedometer down a few times when you think you have it where you want it. It may pucker in a few places until you get it just right. Once it lays completely smooth, put on the Velcro tabs and attach it. DO NOT do this until you are satisfied with the way it lays AFTER the spedo is tightened at least once. This way you will get a perfectly flat and centered finish install. The entire thing may shift when you tighten the speedometer. This is why you should do a dry run first. If it shifts you know how to compensate. (5 stars) reviewed on 08/20/06 byRog (IndianaRog2) from Martinsville, IN, United States, for a 2006 750 Shadow Aero wrote: Very nicely made and it goes on easily, though you have to remove seat and speedo housing to do it right...on this bike that is about 2 minutes for each, so easy. Having the pocket is perfect for sunglasses when you break for lunch on the road...could also hold a cellphone, GPS or your smokes if desired. It may be vinyl, but dang it looks like leather, yet lays better when warmed by the sun. Only gripe I have with it is the pocket is made to swivel in case you bump it...not a bad idea, but to do so it pivots on a front mount with NO rear mount. Result is that at speed, the rear of the pocket floats about 2 inches above the tank. Kind of looks dumb. I fixed it with a black cable tie inserted in a small slit at bottom of pouch, and into slit in the part pouch lays on...works perfectly now and doesn't go airborne at any speed!
