I like my solution for keeping the Hopnel Windshield Tri-Pouch from drooping towards the rider. Like many here, I tried the Velcro fix and that didn't work for me. So, I bought 5 stays (a metal plate about 5/8 in wide X 4 in long with about 4 holes spaced along it's length). Got them from the local hardware store (I think they are called stays). The pouchs are mounted on a folded piece of leather you might call a backing or back piece. Just above each of the 5 mounting holes I cut about 3 stitches of the thread where the backing leather is folded and sewn together. I then slipped each of the stays between the folded leather where I cut the stitches, and above the mounting holes. I lined up the bottom hole in the stay with the mounting hole in the tri-pouch. Next I mounted my stiffened tri-pouch back on the windshield. When tightening each bolt and nut it made the top of the pouches draw up close to the windshield. I didn't do any grinding of the stays to eliminate wearing...

Great product!! Can fit a multitude of personal effects in these pouches for easy access!!!! It kinda sags away from the windshield a bit, but maybe a little velcro attached to the shield will solve that. Otherwise, definitely a good investment.

Good quality product. Had to drill my own holes since I probably screwed up and ordered wrong style. Got it installed and have not had any problems with it. Enough space for cigs, pager, cell phone and digital camera.

This was a good addition to the bike. It is very usefull and looks good. Had to use washers because of the size of holes, still a very easy install. The velcro that holds the flaps down is not the best, however it is a good piece of gear.

This is a must have, works perfect for smokes, glass case IPAS, and other small things. One note make sure and mount it in between the inside metal strip and the windshield, is much sturdier that way....
