The bag wants to tilt forward toward the rider and looks sloppy. I tried numerous suggestions found on this and other websites...it still looks like crap. I threw it in the trash and bought an incredibly inexpensive windshield bag (I could have bought 3 of them for what I paid for the Hopnel) that mounts properly...and have never looked back. The center is large enough for the cell and an extra pair of shades. Either side pocket will easily hold a wallet or a pack of smokes. I wound up cutting about an inch and a half off of the mounting strip and drilling new holes to lower the pouch on the shield, it sits much better this way. The washers supplied aren't big enough. i.e, the holes in the pouch are the same size as the washer so they'll come off easy. Also, as soon as you start putting stuff in it, it droops forward. I even tried using velcro across the top to velcro it to the windhsield so it wouldn't droop but between heat and rain....that didn't work. At some point, I'll be looking for a new windshield bag... I plan to cut the plastic mounting strip off and mount them thru the middle. Thia way the pockets do not start to lean down or come un-done from the holes in the bottom strip. Nice to dop the cell phone into, or a spare rag for gas splashes around the fuel mouth. Fits nicely against my Memphis Shades wind screen. Easy on and off.
