(4 stars) reviewed on 12/12/03 by Blue Richardson (BlueBoy) from No. Little Rock, AR, United States, for a 2004 1300 VTX1300C wrote: VTX1300C - Hopnel Signature Tri-Pouch for Memphis Fats Windshields -- still think they are designed wrong, so I (again) custom modified it to work and fit better on the windshield by (1)cutting off the bottom mount plastic strip, (2) used longer stainless allen bolts with washers and lock nuts to mount the center of the bags to the Memphis shield by replacing the Memphis shield bolts and boring a hole thru the pouches in the center of the pouches (without the bottom trim). The prevents any saggin of the pouches and give a better/firmer/closer mount to the pouches to the shield. Did same with my Spirit750 3 years ago.
