The instructions are very poor so I will give you mine. Remove the two stock screws. This will leave the choke lose. If you install the cover with the choke bracket in the stock position it will not tighten. Move the choke bracket to the outside of the fins then install the carb cover over it like it is a washer or spacer between the fins and cover. You will need a washer to place between the cover and fins on the top bolt to make it even. It will tighten solid and flat, the choke will be tight and it looks great!!!!! I only give easy of install 3 stars due to poor directions and the need to buy the washer. I would be glad to help if you have questions. Review Details  2 out of 2 members found this review helpful.
