Just received the Jardine luggage rack and was very pleased. Just as stated if Jardine billet backrest and brackets are already installed the 2 mounting plates included mount the rack perfectly. Installation was a snap no problems.

the only hard part of installing it on the big is you hace to loosen both sides of the back rest at once to get to fit into place. but over all not hard at all.

Looks great easy to install. My only concern or better yet surprise was that the rack can only hold about 8 lbs. I thought it would be more sturdy. However it looks great and am glad I bought it.

Looks nice on the bike. Notice they could have done a better job of cleanup on the welds (underside corners) however. Even if not visible, you would expect higher quality for price. Side bracket (for mtg to sissy bar bracket - not included as shown) are not chrome plated. Not completey visible but not sure how these will hold up over the years.

This rack adds a nice line to the rear of the bike. It isn't very big and as such isn't very practical but a big rack would look silly. It is plenty big enough to get a day pack on. Installation wasn't too difficult. It required loosening several points and slowly drawing everything in.
