I'm 5'11" and felt a little cramped up with the stock controls. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
(4 stars) reviewed on 07/01/07 byJim Thurber (jet100) from Brattleboro, VT, United States, for a 1999 1400 Intruder wrote: Very nice setup. Look great and MUCH more comfortable than stock. Very easy to install. The directions tell you to take off right side header, but if your cafefull, you don't need to. plenty of clearance to drop the stock setup down and then take bolts out of brake cylinder. I think it's a little pricey, but worth it. Review Details 8 out of 8 members found this review helpful. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

(5 stars) reviewed on 02/24/06 byAndy (Coolbluz) from Saratoga Springs, NY, United States, for a 1993 1400 Intruder wrote: Nice looks and makes for a comfortable riding position. Keep them lubricated and clean to avoid problems. If the brake side drags you can easily burn out the whole rear brake system (rotor, caliper, pads) No floor boards...not the look I'm after but I rigged a stirrup of sorts with Kuryakyn pegs. I suggest you check the look and feel of them out on a bike first..they feel great to me on my 1400 but no so good on my friends bike (a vulcan) so check them out!! I have had no problems with either fit or finish so i would highly recommend them! Review Details 8 out of 8 members found this review helpful. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
(5 stars) reviewed on 09/16/04 byJR (rjkram) from Colorado Springs, CO, United States, for a 1995 1400 Intruder wrote: Best part of the bike!!! Floorboard folds up when you want to strech your legs on the pegs for those long highway rides Pegs will fold up without throwing your foot off (believe me I know, hit a few times around 45 mph). Came with the bike. Review Details 2 out of 3 members found this review helpful. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

(5 stars) reviewed on 03/15/03 byWerner Techentin (DrDialtone) from Baltimore, MD, United States, for a 1999 1400 Intruder wrote: These are the best mod yet. Excellent quality. I really like what they did for the look of my bike. Easy installation. Great fit. On the positive side they improve comfort 100 per cent. Let me also say that the folks at Cruiser Customizing were great to deal with. I received them in less than two weeks. The jardine mini boards are also a great addition. They give you a place to change foot positions. For long rides they are a definate plus. Review Details 10 out of 10 members found this review helpful. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
