These controls went on is a very short time. I had to remove the after market roll bar that had been installed as it interferred with the Forward controls. Due to the thickness of the roll bar attachment tabs I will also have to replace the top frame engine bolt. I think a cromed one would look nicer anyway. Very easy to install. It took more time getting on and off positioning the brake pedal then it did to install both sides. I now have both stock controls and the roll bar for sale. Interested? Catch 22. Never mind, it all ended well. After riding for a couple of hundred k's the brake lever was not returning and I had to use my heel to pull it back. I found the brake lever was binding and had to install a stronger spring to make it return as it should. In time the lever pivot will wear in and the binding will stop. Having said all that, Im very pleased with the forward controls, they have made my ... Review Details 2 out of 3 members found this review helpful. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
