Finally got the oil filter kit and kicking myself for not having done it right away. This makes the oil changes so much quicker and easier. No more waiting for the pipes to cool and disassembling

Got it for Mother's Day! FINALLY... BLACK!!!! It was as easy to install as it is to replace the OEM oil filter element. The down side is that the installation requires to take off the cosmetic "YAMAHA" cover. (I miss it!) The other thing is that no one can tell me the spin-on oil filter size. After research, I've found that it will take Fram's 6017 or Purolator's ML 16817. Overall, this kit gives a little more of Yamaha's "machine look". I can't wait to change oil the next time... it should be a 10-minute-breeze! FYI: I NEVER give a 5-star for Value... everything is extremely over priced!~
