Well built, and is nice and sturdy when mounted on the bike. However, this doesn't work with the Suzuki soft saddle bags without some creative fabricating for some spacers.

Real beefy, the installation was easy, but the instructions could have been clearer. Once you start installing it on the bike its clear what part goes where. Looks good on the bike. you will need screwdriver or something to release the latch to detach it, if you have large hands.
