The one from Jardine is a much better quality and nicer style. I highly recommend the luggage rack to go with it, great to haul sissybar bags or other carry ons like jackets. review details

My wife LOVES this backrest. Its taller than most and fits her comfortably. Its sturdy enough that she can lean back on it in confidence that its not going anywhere. Only problem I have had is the chrome popped off of one of the mounting brackets. I was told it was because in the winter, the billet aluminum contracts more than the chrome plating can, so it pops loose. Prob I have with that theory is it only did it on one side.
