    Energy One has over 50 years experience in the motorcycle and automotive industry manufacturing internal transmission parts such as clutch plates and springs and other internal parts. All clutch plates are manufactured in-house for control of quality. All materials are made in U.S.A.
    All clutch plates are made of either 6061 T6 or high tempered steel with Energy One's own race proven Kevlar material. Each plate design was tested so maximum performance is achieved. Different groove patterns were designed for maximum oil circulation and heat dissipation. The steady flow of lubricant will cool and determine the longevity of your clutch. All Big Twin kits are packaged with frictions and steels, and a pre-measured stack height for easy installation. Great clutch. The old one had pieces of seperated clutch surface on the plates, this one has solid surface all the way arround. The VTDX 1300 C has 9 plates not 10, 10 won't fit. It took about two hours to do because i took my time since i have never done this before. It was not hard and i did not need the $200 spring tool. It is smother shifting, stronger accelerating and feels great. They said not to use synthitic oil in the instructions, but i contacted them and they said that was ment for autos due to Moly in the oil, that motorcycle synthic is fine and I am usint it. It is fine. Great clutch
