I got these to help direct heat away from my rear fender chrome. They fit any 2.5" pipes but you do need to drill a couple of holes in order to hold them in. Mine did not come with the mounting screws. They look absolutely awsome. Update, they do help with the bluing of the chrome on my rear fender. Unfortunately they don't eliminate the bluing process. Instead they slow down the bluing process 10 fold. Which is fine with me because by the time my bike is ready for it's monthly 7 hour polish job you would have to look very hard to see the slightest blue. The only other problem is I have to keep polishing the outer edge of the tip so it shines once every 1-2 weeks.
