3 in 1 Feature

Sequential Turn Signal
Right and Left LED arrays indicate sequential turn signals. These superbright LEDs (8500 mCd) have a wide viewing angle of 180 degrees. They are sunlight readable, even from the adjacent lanes.

Brake Light Modulator
A cluster (6) LEDs is magnified by an acrylic lens to broadcast the Deceleration Warning sequence. As soon as you tap the brakes, they modulate rapidly at first then slow down to a solid ON over a period of (4) seconds.

Running Lights
This is a programable feature. For additional visibility, all LEDs stay ON at reduced intensity, but you can also turn this feature Off.

All electronics are encased in a scratch resistant polycarbonate housing and sealed for weather protection.

Chrome License Plate Holder

The frame is die cast alloy for strength and duarbility. High gloss chrome finish is polished to perfection.

Draws very little current (3/10th of an AMP), so it does not interfere with integrated ABS or EVO brake systems. Requires connecting to the turn signal and brake wires. You do not have to cut any wires, if you use the Scotchlok (T-Tap) connectors, which are also supplied.

vectraLIGHT LPC-16 can be mounted with the LED arrays on top or bottom of the license plate.

I have had this on my bike for years!!! LEDs are bright, love the added visibility I got when they all worked... as other's have written, the cable coming out of the back of the brake light is pretty rigid & makes the frame not sit flush... I mounted the LEDS at the top of the plate & "hid" the wire behind the plate. still looks ugly up close. The brake light flasher stopped working a couple of years ago, but the turn signals still work. I left it on since I hate messing with electrical & it would be a PITA to take it all apart to remove the frame. I immediately threw away the "pinch" connectors that it came with because I haven't had any luck with those holding very well. it was a bit of a pain to install (but again, I do not like messing with electrical) I gave it 3 stars on a lot of the ratings due to the fact that the brake light gave out (maybe how I stressed the connection trying to hide the wire, though) & it doesn't sit flush. If all you care about is Visibility ~ I'd say g...

Overall... I did not like it and returned it. Pros: The built in blink/sequnce feature is nice. Cons: The wire coming out the back of the frame could not be bent to allow installation on my application. The lights are a bit dim for my liking and look cheap. Overall build quality is below par.

I selected this frame because it has the built in flasher & the sequential signals. Build quality is not as good as I would like. I tested it and the LEDs are bright, but I've seen brighter. It's not installed yet because I'm not sure how it will work out -- LEDs might be hidden by my luggage rack if I put them on the top and I'm not sure if it will fit if I put the LEDs on the bottom because the frame has a rigid wire sticking straight out of the back of the middle brake light.
