Have a few of these sitting around from my previous bike. On the Valkyrie the nut at the front isn't a big deal since the oil filter is so exposed, but it certainly helped on the VTX I had.

Was on the bike when I bought it. The big nut on the end of the filter stops the Pro-One oil filter cover sitting on properly. But I am sure that it is a good quality oil filter.
