This is the second one. I needed to use it along with the one that came with my Run, Tail, Brake, unit, see that review. After using two equalizers my LED signals worked fine.

Needed an extra one of these to help regulate the irratic turn signal flashes I was experiencing on my V-Star using the Kuryakyn Plug and Play Run-Turn-Brake Controller. (Two loads are advised). with this extra load, all appears to be working just fine as advertised.

2 two amp Does the trick but one 4 amp would have been better. Slows the ticking with the K led's The led's don't need as much power. So the bike thinks the light is out because there is extra power in the line so it ticks faster the load balancer does just that balances the power on the line so lights run at proper speed. Honda said you just needed one not the case still fast. KUryakyn said attach one to the back and front not the case both(2 works perfect total of 4 amps should have just got one 4 amp but what can ya do would have saved 15.00) go under seat by the back turn signal lines stagger the wiring so it fits better. Clamps work well. I used one clamp for both equalizer. Cut cap off and place both wires from equalizer in stopped end and tail positive wire in open end squeeze hard with plier. Back wires Light Blue pos/ orange pos Green is neg or ground use ethier green you decide. good luck.

Works as advertised. I have Kuryakyn LED turnsignals front and rear, and installed one load equalizer. The blink of the turnsignals is a little quicker than the original incandescent lights, to my eyes. It's much better than when I just had the LED turnsignals with no load equalizer though.

Eliminated quick blinking lights when I changed turn signals. I needed 2; one for the front and one for the rear. But as per Kuryakyn's tech support I "piggy-backed" them in one location.

Actually I have the #4810.Had to have this because my turn signals blinked too fast with the #4860 Run/Brake/Turn Signal controller. Easy to install just spliced into the load EQ that came with the #4860 run/brake/turn signal controller. Works better now, turn signals blink normally.
