Actually I have the #4810.Had to have this because my turn signals blinked too fast with the #4860 Run/Brake/Turn Signal controller. Easy to install just spliced into the load EQ that came with the #4860 run/brake/turn signal controller. Works better now, turn signals blink normally.

Necessary when changing from stock lights to LED lights, for correct flasher speed. Works great, also installed the diode for turn signal indicator.
