Works as advertised. I have Kuryakyn LED turnsignals front and rear, and installed one load equalizer. The blink of the turnsignals is a little quicker than the original incandescent lights, to my eyes. It's much better than when I just had the LED turnsignals with no load equalizer though.

Tiny little resistor pack that they give you only connectors to splice into wires. But hey, it works.
