A must have in order to normalize the blink speed of turn signal light bulbs which were coverted from incandescent type to the low draw LED ones. I had the Kuryakyn Run-Turn-Brake Controller installed, so this accessory came as a plug and play installation.

Easy to install under the seat and does exactly what it claims to do. My LED sinals were flashing way too fast, now they flash at the normal rate. I only have LEDs in the rear so I wont know if I'll need another load equlizer or not until I replace my front signals with LEDs.
