Does the trick. Harley has a one piece thats more expensive but it replaces the whole upper heat shield. If i would have seen the harley piece first i would have bought it. over all this does look nice and was super easy to install.

Works well at hiding the ugly pipe that shows by the floorboard. I know why it is not done at the factory. It takes to much time and would not work with an assembly line. Worth the effort if you are used to full coverage heat sheilds.
