My wife and I ride together all the time, and this is indispensable for communicating. Makes a ride together more enjoyable. With the Bluetooth, I can also answer my phone if my kids need to call me while I'm out riding. The range is not as far as claimed...I guess it's never "ideal" conditions.

I/we have the Cardo Scala Rider Teamset PRO unit. It's a Very nice unit woks as advertised. The MP3 will mute if the phone rings and starts back up after the conversation ends. I use a 'Boostaro' mini amp for extra volume with the MP3.
