The multiple D-Rings make it easy to secure to the bike and also gives ample tie-down points for for a cargo net on top of the bag to secure additional items. The addition of bungee knobs will provide easy tie-down points away from trim or painted surfaces. I would highly recommend both the bag and the bungee knobs. I'll update my summary latter this year. The bag is a good size for day trips and single overnight ride. The quality of workmenship and material is very good. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Its September 2009 and I have several thousand miles on this bag and I'm disappointed in how its falling apart. The base of the bag extends past the Roadstar luggage rack and is now sagging so bad that the fabric at the edge of the bag has separated from the hard panel internal shell on the right side. I cut a piece of Masonite the size of the bag base and have placed it between the bag and the rack to make it through the rest of this years season. During winter storage I plan on adding a piece of sheet metal between the hard panel frame and the outer skin of the bag to eliminate the hangover and hopefully the sagging condition.
