I love the look of this chrome hub cover. However, like other members I don't have a lot of confidence in the double sided tape used to hold it in place. I tied a plastic tie through one of the holes on the end and wrapped it around the shaft drive. Don't know if it will make a difference but it can't hurt. I bought this cover to finish off the rear end of my bike. The stock hub was the only part of the bike that was not chrome. I am very pleased with the look.

It's a good cosmetic item (p/n # 8688) but with very poor design. Holds on with a 2-sided tape which fell off after a year on the bike. Kury response to my call on Feb 7 2012 - "we use two sided tape that's available at most auto stores". Basically, item is eventually going to fall off for you to repair. Maybe it's OK if we got it for peanuts, but paid TWO HUNDRED for this pathetic design which mandates another item with p/n # 8285.

Nice chromed metal cover for the diff housing. I've added the drive shaft covers too..........It certainly adds a lot more chrome and it looks great Be certain to clean the parts properly that the double sided tape is adhering too.(for fixing the covers on)

Nice looking peice, but didnt care for the holes for screws, there is nothing to screw too. there for you would see two holes, that doesnt look good. I am returning this peice hope to find similar from another manufacturer.

if you get the shaft cover this is a must. really finsihes off the look. when i got it i was wary of how it installed. its easy, just feels thought it should be more secure. but after a year of riding with it in summer and winter its still in place and looking good.
