(5 stars) reviewed on 12/25/08 byabbkab (abbkab) from Alexandria, VA, United States, for a 2004 1100 V-Star Classic wrote: Yup, these rock. Tried many cheap highway pegs, but they all lasted only a few months before they started rusting. My bike is definitely not a garage queen and sees about 15,000 miles a year in sun, rain, and even snow. They do take a little work to get them adjusted properly, but wrenching on the bike is half the fun when you're not riding. Review Details 1 out of 1 members found this review helpful. (5 stars) reviewed on 02/22/08 byJosh Troup (TimmyR41) from Mifflinburg, PA, United States, for a 2007 1100 V-Star Classic wrote: Mounted these on the baron's engine guard. Very comfortable. If i had to do over i may have gone with the straight mount. For the extra $10 I figured I'd go with the offset. After mounting and adjusting they are mounted in almost the same location as they would be if i had gone with the straight mount. They are great pegs though. Probably 5 or more inch difference in where you can put the pegs because of the bend in the mount. Review Details 1 out of 1 members found this review helpful. Was this review helpful to you? I like the extra place to put my feet when on the highway. They are very easy to mount and take less than 15 minutes. The longest part is adjusting them to where you want them. Don't go cheap and buy some that you will end up taking off later. These are fully adjustable and reversable, the foldup design makes them easy to access while riding and easy to fold away when not in use. Review Details 1 out of 1 members found this review helpful.
