(5 stars) reviewed on 09/30/08 byDoug Bolter (dlbVT750) from Muskego, WI, United States, for a 2005 Royal Blue / Silver flames 750 Shadow Spirit wrote: using these for passenger pegs, great accessory, keeps my kids tennis shoes from melting on my pipes! The rubber is soft and has great grip to them. I have not used them to ride ... have not been a passenger on my own bike, so I cannot attest to their comfort as a driver. My passengers have commented that they do not feel like their feet are vibrating though ... that's a good thing.
they were somewhat easy to install. I will say that I spent nearly an hour attempting to get those little spring steel washers inserted. they are meant to apply pressure in the foot peg mount so they stay up when not being used and won't rattle when down either. do take the time to install at least one, it does help. the fit, finish and quality feel to these are awesome. By far, better than my Jardine pegs up front that will be replaced soon.

(4 stars) reviewed on 07/14/08 byGio Rivera (grive034) from Grand Prairie, TX, United States, for a 2006 750 Shadow Spirit wrote: I ordered these pegs and they look great! You had to work with them a little to get the perfect footing position. Also the curved washers that came with them do not fit on my bike... I had to hammer it down a little just to get one in.. it was trial and error for the snug fit. For my bike you have to get #8803 for the front and #8802 for the back for the adapters to fit. Also the back adapters come with a little metal tube which insets into your orginal stock pin and into your adapter... mine was a bit warped so I had to hammer it in the hole... but overall these pegs look good!
