Looks terrific and is of very good quality. At the very least you will have to remove the 4 bolts that hold the fender on and pull the fender as far away from the tire as possible. I was unable to totally remove the fender, so I put a piece of wood between the fender and the tire when drilling the holes so I didn't give myself a flat tire. Also, the curve of the base does not conform exactly to the curve of the fender, but is really not that obvious.

Similar to the one I bought from JC Whitney. The eyes on the one I have light up. But I'm not sure that it's worth all the wiring for the two tiny eyes. I did it anyway.
