Helps a lot on a long ride. Very easy to install. I only installed one on the throttle side only. I didn't feel the need for it on the other side.

I like it even better than the original (which is now on the left grip). I might buy another one for the left side.

I really like it. I already had the Kuryakyn ISO-Throttle Boss so I moved it to the left grip. I might get another extended version and replace the regular version on the left side.

I bought this piece to help out with the longer rides as my rt hand was continously falling asleep and I am not interested in having a cruise control on a motorcycle (it just makes no sense to me at all!). I took the bike out for about an hour ride once this piece was installed (extremely easy) and had absolutely no problems with my trottle hand! You can easily release you grip from the bars and flex your fingers without losing any momentum. This is a must have for any extended ride.
