BUT, BUT, BUT... #1) The heal rests pop out of place too easy and when you tighten them don't even move. I tightened them to the point they wouldn't move, then barely loosened...no luck. The I tried the other way, going from too loose to tightening half-millimeter by half-millimeter...nada. With all due respect, that mechanism needs to be redesigned. It's distracting when they pop out on their own. Obviously, annoying and not safe. #2) In my humble opinion, they switch the wrong way. I think they should be engineered so that pivot is on the outward side of the peg. That way when you go around a corner hot, deep and leaned way over they would simply close and not be a problem. The way they're set up now, is they dig into the pavement and/or snap off. from , , United States, for a 2001 Dyna Glide wrote: I am very uhappy. I had a sceew that keps the peg together simply pull out after 7 months of riding. So it simply fell apart. I had never tightened or adjusted it. So the assembly is made of really cheap cast. It seems beefy but the strength of the material is POOR at best. I would not buy a pair again. Thye look cool but are garbage!!! Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
