Basically looks like the standard part except with an adjustable allen screw in the back to level out the peg. Almost seems like you should be able to get these with the pegs as standard. Now my feet won't slide off the pegs (to the outside). Was able to position the pegs with just the right amount of a slight inward slope so my big feet now stay in place!! Wish they'd have come out with this 4 years ago - but at least they now have them. As far as I'm concerned, adjustable adaptors should be standard due to the wide variety of positions they offer.
