I had to hammer in the clips that came with units and to align the hole was difficult. Then discovered that the bolt supplied is too short for the nylock nut and therefore I was forced to start from scratch with the old pin and did not have a new cotter pin to finish install. On all 3 the finish is excellent & the manufacturing spot on. The ones on the front pegs of my Yamaha Vstar & Honda VLX work just fine. The ones holding the floorboards on the rear of my Kawasaki VN800 are really badly designed. They still allow the board to pivot up like a stock peg does & has a fair amount of downward slop too. This means the board moves downward when it has weight on it & then it sits at a funny angle. Also why does it fold up when the board already folds up ? A lot more R&D required here Kuryakyn.
