Honestly I got this and returned it. I've got several chrome parts from Kuryakyn and they all look great, except for this one. It was plastic (as are some of the others) but this one looks plastic and just looked silly when held up against the bike. I just really didn't like the look so back it went. I'd skip this one personally.

This item looks HUGE on the bike (much larger than you'd think). It draws a lot of attention to that section of the bike. I wouldn't buy this unless you have (or plan to get) some sort of complementing accessory for your front forks. It is a plastic item (obviously) and sticks on with double-side tape (which always makes me nervous). Still, if it stays on for a few seasons, it'll be worth the spend.
