First, the yoke is so thick that the bracket on the passenger seat needs to be bent....really no big deal. Bigger issues are, the zipper pulls and d-rings for mounting. If you are not careful, they will really beat up your bike. The third issue, while the bottom of the bag claims to be heat proof, the zipper is nylon. On a very short ride, I had a nylon zipper melt onto my pipes and scratched the chrome severely. It should be noted that I only carry light loads in the exhaust side of this bag (half helmet and jacket). Love the fact that they expand a little bit and they have spot for easy access for a bottle of water. They dont sit real well as a permanent fixture on my 07 VTX 1300R, but work well for the 06 VTX 1300C.
