A sidecar would stick out less!

I was really excited about this product. I knew that it was slightly wider than the Hypercharger, but I really wanted to have the Skull emblem on there. As soon as I installed this thing I knew it would have to be replaced. From the side it looks GREAT! Move to the front or rear and it looks really akward. The problem is in the back mounting plate. the center of the mounting hole is offset downward. This brings the whole piece closer to your leg even with forward controls it hit right at the base of my knee and I am 5'11". The back plate also has an outward bevel that has NO apparent purpose. Neither the bevel or the offset are required to clear the fuel tank. The Mach 2 could have easily been mounted high and tight and would have been on my bike still. I could only stand to ride it for 30minutes before my hip gave up. I switched to the Hyper and in comparison you barely notice it touching your leg. I will throw a pic on hear so you can see. Maybe they can improve it.
