Looks good but fitment requires drilling a hole in the brake pedal which is not in the ideal position. Makes things a little awkward.

Great look. Don't screw around with the directions and the screws to mount. I roughed up the metal on both the pad and pedal and JB Welded the sucker. EASY TO PUT ON AND IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE.

Had to install it with the square end away from the motorcycle due to a weld on the bottom of the foot peg. Could not drill through it. I cut down the old pad and used it underneath the new one for anti vibration, screwed it and glued it. They should put 2 pilot holes in it for different areas.

Again great Kuryakyn product, nice finish, thick durable rubber pads, quite easy to install if you are good with a drill. Does require a little effort on the Intruder, however the final look is well worth the effort. Small hint when drilling your existing metal pad for new cover, start with a much smaller drill bit first and then move up roughly two sizes each time until you get the desired size hole, you might even want to start with a center punch to keep your drill from wandering.

I like it a lot, but the mount hole has to be relocated on the LC 1500. The hole is located directly over the welded support. I drilled and tapped (2) 1/4-20 holes on the pedal and (2) countersunk holes in the cover to line up and used Allen flat heads . No nuts in the back, just a little loctite. Not enough to deter from getting this, but be aware it is NOT a direct fit...

7/15/2006 Had to install upside down because I did'nt want to drill through the weld and lever arm. just does'nt look right to me.. may take off and modify to fit right. Also it would be nice if they designed it like the heel shift with a back to hide the ugly nut on the back or loose the nut alltogether. . Will probably buy new lever and tack weld it on so it faces like the picture.
