Looks great, easy install...but

Product looks great and is really easy to fit. I found that the rubber pads didn't stay attached long. Have a friend who has had the same issue. Unable to find replacement pads for this item (well not to date)

Provides quality traction for toe braking. Looks good too. Kuryakyn can provide replacement rubber pads with a simple phone call. Seems they can, over time, loosen. Overall, I have found this is a "certain touch" sort of brake pad more like your automobile brake bad.

I am using this pedal as a "heel Shifter" replacement. I added the Kuryakyn Flame Floorboards and they raised my boards up a considerable amount! This interfered with the heel shifter as it became "Level" with the new Flame Boards! I kept on bumping the "Heel Shifter" when I did not want to...ie) being in 1'st gear going around a sharp corner and bumping the Heel Shifter and thus being in Neutral while leaned over! This item had to be "J.B. Welded" on, but was VERY easy to install. I prefer J.B. Weld as it involves no drilling as the instructions state to do! If you want to replace it....buy a replacement shifter swing arm for cheap! Very satisfied! Quality item! Pads can be purchased and replaced separately!

Nice looking add on and a bigger brake pedal is always a plus. But Kuryakyn has a problem with their set sets not fitting into their chrome work. (I also had this problem with their tranny covers). Took a lot of effort to get just 1 in. I use a velcro strip on the inside the two halves to eliminate rattle (due to not be able to get the bottom set screw to thread).

Really looks good and easy to install. A must. You can install without removing brake pedal with a little patience on the rear set screw (allen wrenches of course) Be aware, the two set screws I received were incorrect. They were metric, fine thread and 1/4' long. (too short). The correct set screw is American #10-24 x 3/8" long course thread. About 60 cents at Home Depot or Lowes.
