EDITED AUG 16-2005 have about 24,000 miles since installing, need replacement rubbers, as my foot is starting to slip off on brake application due to wear on edge of pads. They're available and cheap, rubber is soft, but that's good, as it gives good gripshion with my boo solet. I don't use a lot of brake as most miless are Hwy. but the wear isn't premature. Still happy with the pedal cover. They make great products. I had to do some modifications to inside of the two pieces to accommodate the brake pedal on my Shadow ACE Tourer. I had to grind the two pieces to allow them to fit over the pedal properly. Not a big deal, for me, as I have a large compressor, die grinder and burrs for high speed precision grinding. However, I'm a tinkerer, and if it don't fit when I get it, it's gonna fit. Actually, I knew it would need modifying when I ordered it, as the bikes it's meant to fit have a bit different brake pedal. End result was exactly where I wanted to be, and looks great. It's ...
