(4 stars) reviewed on 04/23/13 byFrank A (frankd1a) from Clinton, MI, US, for a 1998 750 Magna wrote: Install harder than thoughtThey are great, much more comfortable than stock, but the install was a pain in the ass. Bougth at a local dealer and had them attempt to install, since they said no problem we can put them on in a few minutes, well a few minutes turned into an hour and I had to figure it for them. Easy to install and it has the ability to be cutomized for each individual with the removeable caps on the end of the grip! Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

(4 stars) reviewed on 08/08/10 by(ZHammer) from , MA, United States, for a 2000 750 Magna wrote: Excellent addition to the bars and very comfortable. Vibration was reduced. Read the directions. Make sure you clean the adhesive off the bar from the old grips. The grip holes are 2 sizes to distinguish the throttle side. Practice putting the grip on a couple times, sit on the bike to make sure it is comfortable. When you are satisfied, put the grip on. Shake the glue, it should be black when it comes out, and you do not need the entire tube for one side. ($57) Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

I had trouble finding a throttle sleeve though since most grips I previously found came with a throttle sleeve. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

With my small hands I should have looked for a smaller diameter grip but they still work very well. Review Details 1 out of 1 members found this review helpful. Was this review helpful to you? (1 stars) reviewed on 01/05/08 byJohn (CromagnaMan) from Tallahassee / Quincy, FL, United States, for a 1995 750 Magna wrote: UPDATE! 02/10 - The rubber on all four Kuryakyn grips, (I have two bikes) is very sub-standard! The rubber is dry-rotting and flaking off becoming almost a greasy nasty substance! I now have to wear full motorcycle gloves every time I ride either bike, for if I don't, my hands will be smeared black like charcoal from the disintegrating rubber. Both bikes are kept in a closed off garage and protected from the weather, so this goes far further than weather related fatigue of the rubber. I have never used any product that would have caused this condition. These started to deteriorate within six months of putting them on the bike. Be aware that many people have had this same complaint about these products! Until Kuryakyn resolves this issue buy using better quality materials, I will not spend another dime for any of their grips or pegs. This "quality product" that I paid a premium price for, is NOT a quality product at all! Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
