These heel rests made the ride extremely comfortable, as of yet I have not used my highway pegs on long rides because the ride is so comfortable with these rests.

    I am searching for a mimimalist way to add stirrups to my V-Rod Muscle. This bike has no chrome, only aluminum and black trim and so I'm trying to maintain this look.

    Question is: what is the base metal of the stirrup? Is it aluminum or is the metal some type of flat, non-gloss metal?

    I hope so as everyone raves about the comfort of this peg arrangement.
