The jet kits for the V-Star 650 and Road Star are SPECIFICALLY designed for use with the Küryakyn Hypercharger and Twin Velocity air cleaners. Use as a tuning kit for a simple pipe swap or with other manufacturers air cleaners is not recommended. We strongly suggest referring to the factory service manual for proper procedures for the installation of these jets.
Our Jet Kits for Kawasaki 800 and 1500 Vulcans are more flexible and may be used with most air cleaners and exhaust systems.

the shop that dyno tuned my bike chose to use another type of jet. I was told the bike runs cold and in order to make HP a 120 jet was needed.
