(5 stars) reviewed on 05/20/09 bymarXman (mwippern) from Salem, NH, United States, for a 2006 Midnight 1100 V-Star Custom wrote: These lights are great. Nice and bright. I am using them as turn signals so I'm a little unhappy that Kuryakyn no longer ship these with clear, red, and amber lenses. Now they only come with clear. Also they don't come as dual circuit, so for front directionals they aren't like the stock directionals that are "running lights" too. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
(5 stars) reviewed on 01/17/09 byMatt Hulme (CBTDOC) from Cincinnati, OH, United States, for a 2008 1100 V-Star Custom wrote: Very nice chrome, hollow bolt makes installation very clean, the lights are very bright. My complaint is that the red lenses that Kuryakyn sells for these are very poorly made. The red tint is like a paint that isn't very evenly applied. Otherwise, great lights! I love the look they give the rear of my bike. That black mudflap is terrible. Why does Yamaha do that? Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

(5 stars) reviewed on 06/01/04 byMark Roper (metalic) from Indianapolis, IN, United States, for a 2003 1100 V-Star Custom wrote: Perfect size in my opinion. I used as replacement turnsignals front and back. The bolt that comes with these is too big for the P-clamps I ordered for mounting the front lights to my forks. Had to drill out the clamps a little, now works fine. On V Stars you have to ground the rear lights even though they say you don't have too.
