I took off the stock license plate holder with all the reflectors on it, drilled the 2 holes into the chrome plate that comes with the frame and used it as the plate holder. Thought I got a bad one and ordered another directly from Kuryakyn. Same thing. I ended up putting washers between my license plate and the back plate. Works ok like this. Looks good on my bike. It just looked to much like a bicycle with reflectors. I drilled 2 1/4 inch holes throught the back plate and mounted this directly to the bike. Looks much cleaner. Great frame for the price.
