Just had it installed while I had my bike in the shop. They said it was actually a bit of a pain b/c the Valkyrie required the drilling out of the handlebar, but that it went on smooth after that. It's not as quick/easy operation as the Breakaway Products Cruise Control (had one on my last bike) but it is substantially cheaper and gets the job done. Easy operation. Note: Proper installation may require cutting or drilling a 5/8 inch hole in the end of the OEM grips. Proper installation requires 7/8 inch or 1 inch handlebars that have open ends.
