Very easy to install, just use one of the pre tapped holes on the cylinder (where the OEM air intake were bolted). Fits perfectly between the two cylinders. Excellent addition to the bike. (5 stars) reviewed on 06/17/07 byDan (Daniel3) from paducah, KY, United States, for a 2004 2000 Vulcan wrote: If you want an inexpensive, quality peformance item - this is it. By installing this, you will remove warm combusted vapors and moisture from entering your air cleaner. We all know cold dry air makes an engine more efficient. It looks great! It will not fit the V2K if you have the stock air filter. Mine is insatlled with the Thunder. You will need a bushing and metric screw (not included) to fit to the pre tapped hole on your cylinder. I needed to readjust the fule/air mixture on the power commander because the bike went lean. Review Details 6 out of 6 members found this review helpful. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

Easy and cheap to install. I picked a chrome counter sink hex screw from the hdwe store, drilled a counter sink hole in the mounting bracket and mounted it. Looks cleaner than using the stock air cleaner bolt. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
