Easy to install per instructions, but locking setscrew to small and short to reach pedal shaft to lock on (actually will come out the other side of hole before it does). This setscrew needs to be larger in diameter and longer so it will lock to the pedal shaft. I coated the pedal shaft, after tape wrapping it, with silicon adheseve sealant and let set up overnight to beter lock this cover on so it would not tend to rotate with use.
