Just pay attention to the instructions and know the wiring of your bike. Simple. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |
(4 stars) reviewed on 09/11/12 by(derektaylor) from , , for a 0 750 Shadow Spirit C2 wrote: I was very hesitant to cut my wiring, but got up the nerve and am soooo glad I did. Install was not too difficult. It took me about 1.5 hrs. I don't know why our bikes don't come like this from the factory. Really provides that extra visibility. Even though I am running stock bulbs, I still had to use the load equilizer to get the bulbs to flash right. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

(4 stars) reviewed on 08/25/11 byRandy (randyc) from , , for a 0 1700 Vulcan Nomad wrote: This is the second Kuryakyn RTB that I have purchased; the previous one was a plug-n-play version on my Vulcan 900. The extra light on the rear of the bike helps those cagers that aren't paying enough attention. The only complaint that I have about this model (KY-4710) is the power splice. Kuryakyn provided a cheap "T-tap splice" connector. For the amount that this cost, they should have provided an inline splice connector. I would definitely buy this again; oh, wait I already did. (5 stars) reviewed on 05/05/11 by(BNAllen) from , , United States, for a 2005 1100 V-Star Silverado wrote: This controller works as described and it is fairly easy to install. I believe the running lights (order red bulbs or red lens covers) combined with the brake light flash make the bike more visible to those approaching from behind. Well worth the investment of time and treasure. Review Details Was this review helpful to you? Yes No |

BE AWARE THAT BY LAW AMBER REAR TURN SIGNAL LENSES MUST BE REPLACED WITH RED WHEN USED AS RUNNING LIGHTS. This is stipulated in the installation instructions and is not difficult or expensive.
